DSV will be displaying a wide
variety portfolio at the Cereals event at Chrishall Grange near Royston this year. The stand
has been designed to present new production techniques to growers. There will be demonstrations on
how to improve yields of oilseed rape crops, as well as further information on breeding techniques.
Specialists will be presenting ideas on thousand grain weight vs kilo per hectare sowing rates and
different intensity of production methods. A large 6m x 1m hole has been dug to demonstrate
root and soil structures, as well as differences in crop density. Staff from DSV will be on
hand to give advice on how to get the best out of crops, with information on up and coming
varieties to look out for which include our new shorter hybrid Primus. Basis points will also be
available from the stand.
