Job brief

We are looking for a competent Customers Services Administrator to help with managing and organising and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.


What does our customer services administrator do?

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks and work diligently under pressure.  This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.



·        Managing data flow of Grass orders

·        Liaising with EU parent company on status of deliveries

·        Answering calls, interacts with customers

·        Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents

·        Maintains accurate records and enters data

·        Maintains financial database records

·        Answers customer questions and confirms customer orders

·        Performs additional duties when required



·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience using outlook and excel

·        A knowledge of German would be an advantage

·        Previous experience with seed products would be an advantage


Hours and Pay

Part-time position 32 Hours a week with the opportunity to work additional hours during busy periods to gain time in lieu for quieter periods.


This is a Hybrid working position.
