In areas with high concentration of sugar beet cultivation and/or potatoes, there may be problems with pest nematodes. The new TerraLife mixture, BetaSola, may not only gives excellent nematode reduction, but also provides good soil structure. BetaSola is significantly different from the cultivation of a single species, only nematode-resistant oil radish helps in the reduction of beet nematode (Heterodera schachtii) and Trichodorus. Multi-resistant oil radish is also resistant to root-knot nematodes and bristle oats reduces moving root nematodes.
