Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and plan shipments required by customers 
  • Help manage customer accounts 
  • Enter and process sales contracts and orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers by phone and email 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Pro-active and customer focused. 
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Proficient in excel
